If you find that a bodypart i colored in dark yellow and has the description "Needs x-raying" the patient might experience motorfunction issues, even if there are no external wounds. On these occasions applying splints are appropriate.

When having a patient in the hospital with a yellow bodypart, titled with "needs xraying", they will ofcourse need to be xrayed. Place the patient in a xray and interact with the adjacent xraying monitor (determined in the config).

After an xray imaging has been completeted, the patients bodypart in the medical ui will be updated. It will now display the bodyparts bone highlighted in red, meaning it's fractured. The ems will now have to treat the injury with applying a cast.
