## Troubleshooting

### Error: `syntax error near '<1>'`

If you are experiencing this error in **locked Lua files**, check the following:

#### Avoid FileZilla

FileZilla can corrupt the structure of escrow-protected resources. We recommend using **WinSCP** when uploading files to your server.

#### Avoid Drag & Drop

Do not drag and drop individual resource files through Remote Desktop. Instead, upload the original **.zip** archive to your server and extract it directly.

#### Update Your Server

Ensure your FiveM server artifacts are **version 4752 or newer**.

### Sell Truck / Merchant Issues

If you're unable to sell your products, verify that your server's in-game time falls within the merchant **working hours** configured in your `config.lua`. Merchants will only purchase goods during these configured times.

### Still Having Issues?

Before opening a support ticket, make sure that:

* Your server is running the latest FiveM artifacts.
* **OneSync Infinity** is enabled.
* The resource has been installed correctly.

If the issue persists, please open a ticket in the **OSP Development Discord** and include:

* A detailed description of the issue.
* Client console logs (F8), if applicable.
* Server console logs.
* Any screenshots or videos that help demonstrate the problem.
